These Terms govern your use of Duff Spin Casino (the "Site"), operated by Duffspin Entertainment N.V. under Curaçao Gaming Control Board licence OGL/2024/1682/1041. By creating an account or placing a wager, you agree to these Terms. Last updated 2 July 2026.

1. The operator

Duff Spin Casino is a trading name of Duffspin Entertainment N.V., a company incorporated in Curaçao under registration number 168241, with registered office at Zuikertuintjeweg z/n, Willemstad, Curaçao.

2. Licensing

Duff Spin Casino operates under licence OGL/2024/1682/1041, issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, under the National Ordinance on Offshore Games of Hazard. The licence is renewed annually and is current as at the date of these Terms. Verify licence status at gamingcontrolboard.cw. Duff Spin Casino is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission. UK consumer protection rules under the Gambling Act 2005 (including the £2 stake cap, mandatory deposit-limit prompts, IBAS dispute resolution and GamStop integration) do not apply to this Site.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to register and wager. You confirm that gambling is legal in your jurisdiction and that you are not accessing the Site from a restricted territory. 4. Account registration and KYC

5. Welcome bonus and promotions

The welcome pack (265% up to £4,000 plus 265 Free Spins on first deposit, with subsequent deposit matches as published on the promotions page) is subject to the following conditions: one claim per player, household and IP address; minimum qualifying deposit £20; wagering requirement 40x the bonus amount received; wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited; maximum bet with an active bonus is £5 per spin or hand; slots contribute 100% to wagering (live casino and table games contribute at a reduced rate or are excluded, as specified in the full bonus terms); Free Spin winnings carry 40x wagering. Attempting to withdraw before wagering is complete forfeits the bonus and any associated winnings. The casino reserves the right to withhold winnings that result from bonus misuse, game exploits or collusion.

6. Deposits and withdrawals

Minimum deposit is £20. Minimum withdrawal is £20. The daily withdrawal cap is £5,000, weekly £25,000, monthly £80,000. VIP players may apply for increased limits. Withdrawals route to the same method used for deposit (closed-loop AML), up to the cumulative deposit amount on that method. Duff Spin Casino does not charge withdrawal fees on requests of £20 or more. Currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are outside the casino's control.

10. Limitation of liability

Duffspin Entertainment N.V. is not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to provider outages, internet service disruptions, acts of government, or force majeure events. The casino's liability for any single claim is limited to the amount of funds in your account at the time the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

11. Dispute resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it may be escalated to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board at gamingcontrolboard.cw. UK players should note that the IBAS (Independent Betting Adjudication Service) route is not available for disputes with Curaçao-licensed operators.

12. Amendments

Duffspin Entertainment N.V. reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered account holders at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Site after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
